Departed this Life October the 2nd 1779.

Ann ASHMEAD was Born the 22nd day of January 1774 at Eight in the Evening.
Deceased June 30 1858.

Mary ASHMEAD was born the 5th day of January 1776 at Eleven Oclock in the morning.
Departed this Life June 12th 1804.

Amelia ASHMEAD was Born November the 3rd at four Oclock in the afternoon 1779.
Departed this life Sept 22 1834.

William ASHMEAD was Born the 28th of August 1784 at ten Oclock in the morning.
Departed this life August 19th 1799.
