Order Kansas Vital Records Online 

Official registration of birth and death records began on July 1, 1911.  Marriage records began on July 1, 1913 and Divorces began on July 1, 1952.  All of the original vital records after those dates are on file at the Kansas Office of Vital Statistics.  See their website for regulations, laws and information on how to obtain birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and divorce files.
