Ohio Department of Health Vital Records
The Ohio State Department of Health holds Ohio birth
certificates from 1908 to present day and Ohio death certificates from
1954 to present in their office.

file in the Ohio State Department of Health Vital Statistics Office.
They do have abstracts of these records on file from 1954 to present at
the State Office, but the actual marriage and divorce records must be
obtained at the county level.
Ohio marriages are on file in the office of the
County Probate Court in the county where the marriage occurred.
